Job Description

As a Civil Engineer for the Samskara Resort project in Pushkar, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction and infrastructure development. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of the project within established timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with architects and designers to plan and design the resort's infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

Construction Management: Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, foundation construction, structural integrity, and building completion. Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and specifications.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that construction materials and methods meet industry standards and project specifications.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Assist in cost estimation, budget preparation, and resource allocation to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks during the construction phase and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.

Coordination and Communication: Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow throughout the project.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, and technical specifications. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
