Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising and controlling the overall project execution being undertaken by contractor(s)

at site.

• He will be responsible for timely execution & completion of the contract.

• Maintains good relationship with other key stakeholders.

• Collaborates with the internal project leads like Project Manager, Business Head and all others involved in the project to

meet the project goals (short term & long term).

• Monitors Cost Control activities including schedule updates, Invoices inputs, delay analysis and risk management.

• Responsible for cost, quality, schedule and project safety.

• Identifies all the construction start up activities, inter-discipline / function co-ordination.

• He should interface with the contractor(s) to set-up project schedule, measure progress and certify invoices raised by

contractor(s).

• He should be familiar with relevant IS codes for civil & structural work execution and measurement.

• Monitors and controls progress with reference to planned requirement and taking appropriate action.

• Establishes proper communication protocols throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Responsible for project closure activities.

• Resolution capabilities on conflict between project team, contractor and third parties

Qualification, Experience & Desirables:

• Should be a graduate civil engineer.

• Should have min. 10-12 years of professional experience in aforementioned areas of responsibility, ideally in industrial

projects.

• Structured and focused work, initiative, decision-making and empowerment, teamwork and sociability and negotiating skills

• Willingness to travel local & be shifted to any site across India

• Good in English & Hindi language and also communication/influencing skills

• High integrity and ethics

• Innovative approach to problem solving and managing change

• Having professional experience in CBG, biodiesel, ethanol projects execution through a reputed engineering company is

added advantage
