• Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site In-charge/Engineer to oversee and manage construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget, and excellent leadership skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, and site staff, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and take necessary actions to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and implement changes as needed to keep projects on track for timely completion.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications, and implement quality control processes to prevent defects and rework.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the construction site, ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including all site related records and project reports.
• Proven experience as a Site in-charge/ Engineer in the construction industry, with a minimum of 9 years of successful project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Preparation and calculation of BBS and other quantities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
