Our client is currently working for their clients providing them with Indian workers, fulfilling their requirements for Welders, Fitters, CNC Operators / Programmers, General Workers, Assembly Workers, Unskilled laborers, Construction Workers, etc. Their competitors consider us as experts when it comes to job consulting abroad in Pune and the rest of India.The RoleYou will be responsible for :

• Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
• Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Developing SOPs and Process Flows for new and/or modified equipment and procedures to meet functional and reliability requirements.
• Determining critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis.
• Conducting process audits and resolving audit findings.
• Planning, scheduling and executing construction activities to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
• Developing and applying mechanical designs to meet system specifications and operational requirements.
• Managing and monitoring the project teams and sub-contractors in order to ensure activities are in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Assisting with the qualification of the design by ensuring prototypes are built and tests are carried out.
• Delivering the technical product documentation to release the design for production.
• Providing technical expertise to drive design and development transfer to operational capabilities.
• Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
• Ensuring strong process quality by driving adherence to acceptable process.
• Participating in the vendor selection process.
• Reviewing and assessing supplier quality and identifying and resolving any quality related issues.
• Maintaining reporting on various aspects on supplier quality such as defect rates and providing recommendations to senior management.
• Preparing and implementing project schedules and managing all aspects of project planning.
• Analysing and reporting on progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.

• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate, Utilities and Industrial.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
