• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to resolve issues that arise during project execution
• Conduct technical reviews of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members and clients
• Provide guidance and direction to civil engineering staff, ensuring their compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and codes
• Oversee and regularly review engineering processes and resources to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Work in line with health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide project reports to executives.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Make suggestions on cost-reducing procedures for the project.
• Should have experience in finishing work (Wall, Tile, electric work, furniture etc)
• Should have experience in managing the whole site, labours, bills, coordination, material checking etc

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination
• B.ed
• Should have more than 8 year of exp
• Skills required Microsoft excel & document, google sheet, Reading drawing
• Experience in managing technical projects
• Ability to estimate time and costs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
