Job Description

Job Profile:

• Travel to customer locations (homes, offices, etc.) in Mumbai and Pune.
• On-site measurement of premises using tools and preparing AutoCAD Floor Plans.
• Perform non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a property using the latest tools.
• Record defects observations (text + checklist + photographs) of the property using a mobile application.
• Ensure observations are correct, detailed, and easy to understand.
• Explain observations to superiors and/or customers if required.
• Recommend functional and other improvements to the inspection process and tools.
• Recommend functional and other improvements to the inspection checklist.
• Use prescribed tools while performing an inspection correctly and safely.
• Use recommended safety guidelines during the inspection.
• Ensure the inspection life cycle is completed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree)
• Subject matter expertise and readiness to learn new processes.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly and upgrade knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• High process and task orientation and adherence.
• Ready to work in a startup environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager/HOD.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and discuss with others to arrive at proper solutions.
• High levels of customer-centric approach.
• Understand user needs, data collection, and interpretation properly and use it correctly.
• High levels of integrity and commitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
