Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in civil and interior execution. The ideal candidate should possess material knowledge and hands-on skills to ensure effective site execution. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is essential to facilitate smooth communication with the team, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision and Execution:
• Supervise civil and interior execution work on-site, ensuring that the project is completed on time and according to design specifications.
• Oversee the daily activities on-site, coordinating with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
• Material Management and Knowledge:
• Ensure proper usage and management of construction materials, verifying quality and quantity as per the project's requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory of materials used on-site to ensure cost control and timely procurement.
• Technical Support and Coordination:
• Assist in the design and preparation of construction plans and drawings for civil and interior works.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project meets design, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase.
• Quality Control and Safety:
• Ensure that construction work follows regulatory standards, building codes, and safety norms.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards of execution.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Regularly communicate with the project manager and client, providing updates on progress and any challenges faced.
• Maintain daily reports and logs for site activities, materials, and worker productivity.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on civil and interior execution.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and execution of civil and interior works.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam for effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Salary:

• Salary: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month, based on experience.

Location:

• Kakkanad, Kochi: Candidates should be available to work in Kakkanad.
