Interior Architectural Comapany based in Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support:
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers on project plans and designs.
• Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies.
• Design and Analysis:
• Ensure structural integrity of interior designs.
• Perform structural calculations and review technical drawings.
• Compliance:
• Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare necessary documentation for permits.
• Construction Oversight:
• Monitor construction to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to resolve structural issues.
• Material Selection:
• Recommend suitable construction materials.
• Documentation:
• Maintain project records and prepare reports.
• Ready to travel sites and take up on sitesupervisory rule.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years in civil engineering, preferably with experience in interior architectural projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software. Knowledge of building codes and construction methods. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
