Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and supervise the construction of high-rise buildings, commercial and residential structures, and roads in Kasauli.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other advanced software tools to create detailed plans and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any construction-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven experience in designing and managing high-rise buildings, commercial and residential projects, and infrastructure in challenging terrains.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
