They ensure that projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time, while meeting all regulatory and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction site activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Manage material inward processes and conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet project specifications
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met
• Coordinate with Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure suppliers for the erection and installation of structures
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, material usage, and quality checks

• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software
