Job location; Chennai:- Alwarpet, R.A PURAM, Mandaveli .( with company Accommodation , food , Conveyance allowance ) JOB DESCRIPTION Minimum 2 + years work experience in handling residential apartment projects. .Good knowledge in centre line grids marking as per plane. . Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, corelate with drawing based Bill of Quantity Orientation to labour on quality/speed of work Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis. . Quality of good in finishing work Monitoring progress on site management. Labour and sub contractor maintenance . Safety practices during construction. .
