Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction, design, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
