: Draftsman
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience Required: 3-4 years (in the real estate industry)
Budget: ?20,000-?30,000/month
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities
? Use AutoCAD software to create precise drawings with accurate measurements and construction details.
? Develop and optimize 2D plans for various projects using CAD tools.
? Convert architects' sketches and specifications into technical drawings.
? Collaborate with departments to prepare engineering sketches for client proposals and maintain organized records of all drawings.
? Ensure coordination of Structure, MEP, and Architectural Drawings.
? Possess knowledge of quantity surveying for accurate estimations and cost assessments.
Education & Skills
? Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
? Strong computer and architectural analysis skills.
? Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams.
? Real estate industry experience preferred.
