Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Drawings:
• Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Develop construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings and deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews and construction meetings to provide technical input.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough quality checks on drawings to identify and rectify errors.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Software Proficiency:
• Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other relevant design software.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Problem-Solving:
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues.
• Proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Civil Draftsman or Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil drafting and design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, standards, and codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with latest Building Designing software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
