- Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager(Civil/ Structure Design)Location: NoidaAbout the Position:We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager (Civil/ Structure design) within our Design & Engineering team. Candidate must have a minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience in Rooftop/Carport and Ground-Mount projects- Civil/ Structure systems.Key Responsibilities:- Specialization in designing MW scale PV plant.- Must have knowledge of IS/IEC codes and specification needed for the designing.- Prepare civil and structure designs and calculations complying with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.- Prepare and/or Review of layout on AutoCAD (array layout, cable routing, etc.).- Prepare and/or Review detailed civil and structure drawings, including MMS design, MCR/ICR design (RCC/Pre-fab/Container), all types of foundation design, array layout, connection design, table section drawings, MCS design, switchyard layout and section drawings, trench section drawings, equipment section drawings.- Review and approval of foundation and stand design drawings such as transformer (IDT), HT panels, inverter, DC combiner box (SCB/SMCB), LT panels, RMU, SCADA, Weather Monitoring Station, etc.- Study and analyse tender documents, RFP documents or any other project specification.- Must be able to assess site feasibility based on Desktop study.- Expedite site visits and prepare and/or review site survey reports.- Attend project pre-bid and kick-off meeting with client which may require technical presentation and explaining PV system design philosophy to clients.- Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) / Bill of Quantities (BOQ).- Technical discussion with the vendors to close the specifications of bill of material (BOM).- Working with the procurement team to finalize the specification of the bill of material (BOM).- Post- installation site visit to make the As-Built drawings.Experience Requirement:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Civil/ Structure design. (experience in Civil/ Structure design and engineering: minimum 4 years, out of which experience in Solar/Renewable Industry: minimum 2 years)Qualification Requirement:- Diploma / B. Tech (Civil); or equivalent.- Software Skills Requirement (Mandatory):- Proficient with AutoCAD, STAAD PRO, 3D Modelling.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
