Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Oversight :
• Supervise daily construction activities and operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Team Management :
• Lead and coordinate a team of workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities based on project needs.
• Quality Assurance :
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and address any issues or defects in construction.
• Safety Management :
• Enforce safety regulations and practices on-site.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
• Communication :
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
• Budget Monitoring :
• Track project expenses and ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
• Report any variances and recommend solutions.
• Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used.
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving :
• Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
• Make quick decisions to keep the project on track.
• Compliance :
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Assist with inspections from regulatory bodies.
• Coordination :
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
