Job Title: Civil Assistant Design Manager We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Design Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in foundation design, technical specifications preparation, pile designing for solar structures, fabrication drawings, 3D designing, and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and oversee civil design projects related to foundation design, including structural analysis and calculations. 2. Prepare technical specifications for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 3. Design and optimize pile foundations for solar structures, considering factors such as soil conditions, load requirements, and environmental considerations. 4. Create detailed fabrication drawings and construction plans for civil engineering projects. 5. Utilize 3D modeling software to develop conceptual designs and visualize project outcomes. 6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of design tasks. 7. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, address design challenges, and implement solutions. 8. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering and design software. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. 4-6 years of proven experience in civil design, with a focus on foundation design, pile designing for solar structures, technical specifications preparation, and 3D designing. 3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. 6. Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients. 7. Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to civil engineering and design. 8. Prior experience in civil designing for projects.
