Job Description

• Develop architectural and civil engineering designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Work on conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases, including site layout, foundation, structural, and facade designs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to prepare detailed design documents and construction plans.
• Supervise the preparation of construction drawings and 3D models using design software.
• Plan site layouts, incorporating aspects like drainage, landscaping, and utilities.
• Assist in managing construction activities, ensuring designs are followed accurately.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to architectural and civil engineering standards.
• Resolve on-site construction issues and make necessary design modifications when required.
• Ensure that materials, methods, and processes adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Review contractor performance and manage any design revisions required during construction.
• Integrate sustainable design practices, such as energy-efficient solutions, green building materials, and environmentally conscious approaches.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into design plans.
• Meet with clients to understand their project requirements, provide design recommendations, and offer progress updates.
• Prepare and present design proposals and feasibility studies to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
