Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 5-10 years Civil and Structural Design Engineer with expertise in the oil and gas sector, proficient in the use of Revit software / Tekla / Advance Steel. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and modelling civil and structural components of oil and gas facilities, or Chemical Industries ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. This role involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Revit software to create detailed models and designs for civil and structural elements of oil and gas projects, including but not limited to, platforms, pipelines, foundations, and support structures.
• Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety, stability, and performance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs into overall project models.
• Review project specifications, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Generate construction drawings, reports, and documentation to support project execution and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in civil and structural design within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry standards and codes (e.g., API, ASCE, AISC).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, with hands-on experience in modeling complex structures and creating construction documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform structural analysis and calculations using software tools (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
