Here are some key responsibilities you might have in your role:1. Conduct market research and analyze market trends in Dubai to identify key opportunities for growth.2. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan that outlines key objectives, target markets, and tactics to achieve growth.3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the Dubai real estate market, including developers, property owners, investors, and government agencies.4. Evaluate potential investment opportunities in Dubai, including new markets, real estate assets, and partnerships.5. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies that drive business growth.6. Monitor and report on the performance of the Dubai business development plan, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure success.7. Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements in the Dubai real estate market, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.8. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients. You should also be able to develop and execute effective business development strategies, and have experience working in a multicultural business environment. Additionally, knowledge of the local language and customs can be an advantage.Requirements :1. Education : A Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. A Master\'s degree is an advantage.2. Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate business development or sales, preferably in Dubai.3. Knowledge : A deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of local language and customs is an advantage.4. Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies and to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients. Experience working in a multicultural business environment is preferred.5. Software : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.6. Attitude : A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility for achieving results.7. Travel : Willingness to travel within Dubai and the Middle East as required.8.
