City Sales Lead - Start up (wedding / events) , Locations - Goa & DelhiUrgent vacancy for the role of CITY SALES HEAD with a start up - wedding / events.For Goa, experience : 6-12 yearsFor Delhi, experience : 7-15 years.JOB SCOPE:1. Own the P&L for the city2. Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output3. Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs4. Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead qualityRequired Skills: team handling,Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) of CityREQUIREMENTS:- You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record- Comfortable in handling large teams- Strong work ethic and communication skills- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.- Multilingual is a bonusCandidate preferred from Wedding, Furniture and Paint industry only.
