Achieve individual as well as team targets.RequirementsKey skills required 6 years of work experience in an advertising agency Mandatory work experience in selling Offline advertising media Experience in converting business of 1 Cr. or more annually from a single client Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional skills in maintaining PR with clients Strong analytical skills to brainstorm business strategies Ability to drive the team towards the mission and assist wherever needed. Ability to close complex deals personally
