: City ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a City Manager. As a City Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving the overall success of our operations in the assigned city. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all goals and targets are met or exceeded, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and achieve the following KPIs:
1.First-Time Resolution (FTR): Achieve a target of 99.5% FTR rate.
2.IGCC (Missing + Wrong): Maintain a maximum deviation of 1.25% from the expected accuracy rate.
3.Order-to-Booking (O2B): Ensure orders are processed within 4 minutes.
4.Order-to-Pickup (O2P): Ensure orders are ready for pickup within 6 minutes.
5.Picker Login: Ensure all pickers log in for a minimum of 8 hours.
6.Picker Efficiency: Maintain a picker efficiency rate of 90 per picker.
7.Packaging Adherence: Ensure 100% adherence to packaging guidelines.
8.Conduct a minimum of 4 visits to Points of Delivery (POD) to ensure process compliance.
9.Ensure 100% accuracy in Sales Return & PR management through the Control Tower.
10.Monitor and manage the return of missing cases to the warehouse.
11.Implement effective non-perishable and wastage management practices.
12.Oversee stock updates, damage control, and management of expired products.
13.Facilitate the implementation of processes related to learning and development (L&D).
14.Coordinate with CSR activities and act as a liaison for the organization.
15.Maintain documentation related to licenses, fixed assets, employee KYC, and offer letters.
16.Ensure availability and accuracy of director data for reporting purposes.
17.Regularize attendance and address any salary discrepancies.
18.Collaborate with HR department to coordinate HR processes.
19.Conduct regular catch-up meetings with entrepreneurs and store managers to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
Familiarity with retail or e-commerce industry practices is a plus.
