We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for Field Sales (City Manager) to join a fast-growing solar company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving strategic growth, and expanding rooftop solar solutions across India.Location: Nashik/SuratYour Future Employer: A leading solar company focused on simplifying solar energy for residential and commercial customers. This company designs, installs, and finances rooftop solar systems across India, with the goal of becoming a dominant player in the solar industry.Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations and performance of the sales team.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase brand presence.
• Achieve growth targets by managing team performance, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and driving results.
• Organize sales visits, build relationships with existing clients, and generate new prospects.

Requirements: * MBA and B.Tech/M.Tech degree required.

• 5-9 years of prior experience in direct B2C sales, with a minimum of 2 years in team handling.
• Strong business judgment and sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
• Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management skills.
