Job Description
:Sales and Distribution Leadership
- Ownership of overall P&L of the cluster. Drive sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Developing and driving sales strategies aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Leading the initiative to drive digital sales.
- Monitor and implement measures for timely collections of all outstanding receivables.
- Strategizing ways to identify and onboard new retailers.
- Managing the product portfolio by analysing sales data, identifying trends, recommending new product additions, and overseeing the launch of new retail initiatives within budget and approval processes.
- Driving credit utilization to support sales growth while minimizing credit risk through creditworthiness assessments, setting credit limits, and developing credit programs (e.g., loyalty programs, financing options).
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient fulfilments of all orders and handling escalations.
- Implementing strategies to streamline operations and minimize costs.
- Forging strategic tie-ups, creative campaigns to drive numbers such as revenue and profitability.
