Hiring for Citrix VDI AdministratorExperience 1 6 yearsLocation Bangalore, Noida, GurugramEssential Skills : Overall 1 6 years of experience in Citrix, VDI and Virtualization services. Expert knowledge and experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Amazon Workspaces VDI. Should be able to manage all aspects of design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of all production VDI systems. Setup, Migration, Automation PowerShell scripting Advanced troubleshooting of modern MS Operating System Advanced troubleshooting of VDI environments Citrix Profile Management Active Directory user and security group management Microsoft Azure AAD profile management Windows/Office 365 licensing Understanding of Networking i.e. subnets, V-LANS, routing Vendor Case handling Staging and Approval processes Managing the Client environments and providing apps for testing/approvals Application installs and upgrades Windows OS updates, patching and security remediationUnattended/Silent installationsExpectations : A competent professional with over 7+ years of rich experience in Compute Infrastructure Management and Microsoft Azure Cloud (IaaS & PaaS) Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services, Storage Accounts and Virtual Networks Experienced in designing and administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD, WVD), Citrix VDI, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop and Amazon Workspaces Management of VDI environment sizing and capacity planning Make architectural and operational recommendations Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the VDI environments Troubleshooting and Application Analysis Monitor performance of the various VDI environments Monitor Licensing for various VDI environments Working closely with wide range of requesters and app owners Documentation of applications, delivery groups, sites, runbooks, use cases, and support documents Good technical knowledge depth on MS Operating System Create and maintain needed group policies in support of a diverse remote workforce connecting to various VDI environments Automation of system buildout processes Good understanding of Load Balancer implementation/ administration regarding Citrix. F5, Citrix NetScaler, Azure Virtual Desktop, Amazon Workspaces.
