Hi,Greeting for the day,We have urgent opening for Citrix Admin for Gurgaon location.Profile - Citrix Support Engineer (Rotational Shift)\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge & Working experience on Citrix Application and Desktop Virtualization\xc2\xb7 Configuration/Management of Citrix infrastructure (4.5, 6.5 and 7.x)\xc2\xb7 Experience on MCS and PVS\xc2\xb7 Proven ability in handling VDI infrastructure along with knowledge of ITIL processes\xc2\xb7 Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration\xc2\xb7 Provision VDIs (pooled and dedicated) and publishing them to end users\xc2\xb7 Creating machine catalogs and delivery groups in Citrix studio for applications and VDI\'s.\xc2\xb7 Installing/upgrading applications on Citrix application servers through PVS\xc2\xb7 Experience with Service management tool - Service Now preferred\xc2\xb7 Should have good expertise on, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook.\xc2\xb7 Preferable to have a good understanding of Windows servers, Desktops.\xc2\xb7 Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Good Oral and Written Communication skills.Exp: 2+ years
