Apply now!About the departmentThe position is based in the part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - a department with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. The Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure is an area consisting of 100+ people in 10+ Product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world.The PositionAs a Citrix Advanced Operations Analyst II, You will be responsible mainly for technical operations management of Citrix services globally for Novo Nordisk. The Citrix services includes Citrix Onprem environment, Citrix cloud environment, Citrix portal, Citrix workspace portal, Citrix Workspace app. Needs to be proactive in engaging close dialogue with the IT architects, IT specialists, IT service and system managers, stakeholders and vendors to manage the Citrix environment effectively and improve end user experience. The position holder requires sound technical expertise, proficient stakeholder and vendor management skills and good communication skills with proven experience in this field. The position holder should be good at troubleshooting complex issues and driving towards problem resolutions by managing multiple stakeholders and vendors.You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Perform technical operations management of Citrix services at NN and provide Technical operational support globally.
  • Perform Incident, Change and Problem Management in alignment with Strong understanding of ITIL Framework, ITSM processes. Lead troubleshooting exercises during Major Incident and Critical outages for Citrix Infrastructure issues reported globally.
  • Enable fast and optimal project execution for new service creation and service improvements. Perform daily monitoring of Citrix environments to identify issues and take action.
  • Perform trend analysis and capacity management of Citrix environments and identify underlying issues and propose solutions. Assist Service manager for IT Infrastructure quality and compliance activities including audit and inspections.
  • Manage and liaise with the IT Infrastructure vendors providing Citrix Infrastructure services. Drive Root cause analysis activities to solve recurring issues and critical incidents.
  • Drive IT security compliance activities including arranging penetration tests. Create Disaster recovery plans and drive disaster recovery activities annually.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in or equivalent with overall 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or other regulatory field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Citrix platform.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience on IT infrastructure (Wintel, DNS- Domain Name System, DHCP-Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Group policy management).
  • Experience in Azure or Scripting languages will be added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with global stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Self-managed with strong personal drive and coaching skills. Ability to work well within a group, engage with peers and colleagues towards delivering excellent performance and results including continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner.
