"Primary Skill or Must have Skills Citrix,Pulse secure,xenapp,xendesktop,Netscaler Gateway,Load balancing,Secondary Skill or Good to have skills Ivanti, ,Service now,VmwareAccurate JD Remote access engineer will be responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customers by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.Key Skills to search Citrix administrator and Wintel AdminResponsible for Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change ManagementResponsible for all Citrix products Xenapp,xendesktop,director and storefrontMust be experienced in Citrix XenDesktop and citrix provisioning services and Master imageImplementation, Configuration of Citrix Policies, Load ManagementMust be experienced in windows servers 2012 and 2016 and 2019.Responsible for handling end user issuesUnderstanding VPN and Networking technologiesGrade and Experience 3-51.Networking basics , understanding of Switching and Routing,using wireshark, fiddler2.Hands on experience on Netscaler including Load Balancing,ICA, Application Firewall and GSLB3.Hands on experience in Pulse secure SSL-VPN environment4.Citrix PVS, Application Publishing , Profiles management, Ivan Ti Workspace management.5.Good Understanding of Windows Group policy6.Knowledge on Thin clients.7.Troubleshooting Citrix Xenapp, Xendeskop and Netscaler Issues.8.Good oral skills for End user troubleshooting
