• Manage and administer SharePoint environments, including user access, permissions, and content management.
• Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the planning and execution of file server migrations to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to end users.
• Develop and implement migration strategies, including assessment, planning, testing, and execution phases.
• Provide training and support to end users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to SharePoint administration and file server migration.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and best practices.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, file server migrations, including tools.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• SharePoint certification(s) is a plus.
• ITIL certification.
