Support and maintain Citrix farms and publish application and desktop services to authorised users in a best suitable method based on user experience and cost-efficiency.
Citrix environment is expected to be kept up-to-date, secure and optimized. Support should be based on clear and defined processes while reporting should provide clear and transparent view about the status of services.
shall provide real time data monitoring and proactive service with issues recognized before realizing.
create, review and update documentation and knowledge base articles as agreed. Supplier should also create a roadmap for service elements for short- and long-term period including also major changes.

XenApp service and Thin Clients:
up to date environment functioning on supported version of Citrix and modern operating systems.
shall deliver full Citrix-as-a-service, including the overall Citrix platform managed by Supplier.
Should be part transformation project covering migration for legacy applications to move towards as-a-service model and decommission the existing environment.
Terminal server licensing
Terminal server licensing is required to license RDS servers which need to have multiple remote connections to them simultaneously. It is expected that licenses are provided centrally for all required server operating systems. There should be a clear process for users who need the service to be defined
Working Hours: 24X7 Skill Sets:
4+ years in Azure and Citix admin
Should have previous experience in citrix transformation projects
ITIL4 Foundation certified
Certification and Knowledge in Azure and Citrix prefered
