We are hiring for talents who have experience in Citrix Admin - L2/L3 Admin for Hyderabad location.Exp - 4- 8 YrsLocation - HyderabadWork from office onlyRoles & Resposbilities ---Strong knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, specifically Citrix DaaS,Managing large scale/ distributed Citrix infrastructure solution deployments and have handled deployment & operationsSolving Citrix Launching applications issues and login issues to the server for the users.Proactively monitored and respond to tickets within service level agreementICA client set up, Licensing, Load balancing, Housekeeping and User Policy management. Good exposure to XenApp/Xen Desktop Printing.Maintaining the health of the Citrix farm and all infrastructure components in a Citrix Farm.Good understanding on compliance with hands on experience on Citrix server maintenance,Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that enhance system resilience and reduce downtime.Analyze performance metrics to identify and resolve latency bottlenecks in our infrastructure.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.Maintain relationships with other disciplines and stakeholders.Hands-on with Windows Server Operations.Participate in on-call rotationTech Mahindra represents the connected world, offering innovative and customer-centric information technology experiences, enabling Enterprises, Associates and the Society to Rise .
