Role: Citrix Admin
Experience:10 to 12 Years
Location:Chennai:Strong in-depth experience on Citrix products especially with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop and its components
Good hands-on experience in Administering and Migration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments
Experience in implementation, managing and maintenance of services including load balancing, SSL certificate configuration, and Remote Desktop & Citrix licensing
Working experience in Control Up Monitoring Tool
Working experience using Azure portal/Azure resource manager/resource groups, storage accounts and subscription, and deployment & preparation of VDA image
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop (CVAD) issues around performance, accessibility, and usability
Strong Microsoft & Citrix implementation, troubleshooting, application publishing/packaging/integration, and performance tuning skills
In Depth knowledge in Citrix policies and Citrix Connection optimization
Good scripting knowledge in developing automation of Virtual Apps and Desktops installation, provisioning, and configuration
Able to lead the operations team and well versed in IT Service Management processes, and produce the plans and approaches based on the new customer requirements and implement the best practices for Citrix environment
Root Cause Analysis and Reporting skills
Experience in Citrix monitoring leveraging Citrix director with common tools to analyze the usage and produce capacity planning to meet the future requirements
