Job Purpose Location: India A Cisco Voice Engineer III is a strong technical position and should have at least 5+ years of IT work experience in telecommunications and multi-platform environments with experience involving moves add and changes, fault isolation and resolution, and end-user support. Provide support for complex end-user oriented break/fix repair, and move, add, change (MAC) requests on Cisco VoIP/Video platforms and related peripheral systems (voicemail, etc.). Responsible for software implementation and configuration for new telephony projects for Cisco Unified Communication platforms of Voice/Video and peripheral equipment. Technical lead for lower tier resources of high-end leading-edge Voice/Video Unified Communication Technologies. Essential Functions Perform the operations of any new or existing telephony infrastructure device(s) and supporting software across the enterprise, including the following platforms:
IP Telephony (IPT) Operational Support
Unity Connection - Unity Server
Cisco Voice Gateways - Call Manager Express Support
Contact Center Operational Support
Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) activities
Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Support
Unified Cisco Interaction Manager - CIM Support - Web chat
Cisco Unified Intelligence Center - CUIC Reporting
Cisco Agent and Supervisor Desktop - CAD/CSD
