Job Responsibilities: Administers systems and servers related to LAN and WAN (e.g., security, email system, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, filtering, proxies, backups, etc.) for the purpose of optimizing throughput, securing data, overseeing backup and recovery, and ensuring availability of services to authorized users. As a responsible IT and network administrator, you will be responsible for IT equipment, network storage, servers, peripherals, and networks. You will manage and support the organization\'s computer systems, Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems. You will be administering the organization\'s servers, workstations, and mobile devices and ensuring the email and data storage networks work effectively. You will also ensure that employees\' workstations are working efficiently and connected to the central computer network. \xef\x82\xb7 Administer CISCO router, core, and distribution switches. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience of maintaining Hosting and domains. \xef\x82\xb7 Administering Cloud server & Related Networking. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensured stability and security of network infrastructure. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor systems, troubleshoot potential problems, and cascade software issues to vendors for immediate resolution. \xef\x82\xb7 Installed and configured all VPN solutions for wireless devices, laptops, desktops, and networked printers. \xef\x82\xb7 Install, maintain, support, and updated all Microsoft Windows operating systems for all workstations and servers within a specific network. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify the network hardware and software to meet the requirements of the organization. \xef\x82\xb7 Update and troubleshoot network issues. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all IT equipment is functioning correctly. \xef\x82\xb7 Install and maintain network security at various levels. \xef\x82\xb7 Configure and manage networks to maximize efficiency, security, and upscaling. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage users to a network. Assign and modify network security permissions. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct basic training for the team on usage of hardware and software resources available. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a database of defects in IT resources and resolve them in a time-bound manner. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct frequent checks to ensure the integrity of the network, storage, and other IT equipment \xef\x82\xb7 Configure and Manage IPSEC Site-to-Site VPN, Remote-access VPN, and SSL VPN. \xef\x82\xb7 Proactively monitor and perform health checks on the status of the network infrastructure regularly. Skills Required: \xef\x82\xb7 Networking domain knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols. \xef\x82\xb7 Extensive hands-on experience with network enterprise-class firewalls, routers, and switches \xef\x82\xb7 Must be able to articulate problems and their solutions to non-IT professionals. \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the connections of distinct types of IT equipment and ensure proper functioning. \xef\x82\xb7 Firsthand Experience of 2-5 years Troubleshooting/Diagnosing hardware related issues on Laptops/Desktops/All in Ones. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues, including part replacement. \xef\x82\xb7 CCNA, CCNP and any network-related certifications will be an added advantage. \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth understanding of security system configuration Graduate degree in (Computer Science) / B.
