Candidate must have good camera skills along with
Reels, Podcast shooting, interview shooting experience

Technical Expertise

: Proficiency with a wide range of camera equipment, lenses, lighting tools, and other production technologies. Experience with digital and film cameras is essential.

Artistic Vision

: A strong understanding of the artistic principles of lighting, composition, color theory, and framing.

Creative Problem-Solving

: Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions on set, such as weather or lighting changes, while maintaining the intended visual style.

Attention to Detail

: Precision in ensuring all aspects of the cinematography are well-executed, including lighting, focus, and framing.

Collaboration

: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with the director, production designer, crew, and actors to achieve the desired visual outcome.

Time Management

: Ability to work efficiently within tight schedules and deadlines, especially when shooting on location or under challenging conditions.
