: Cinematographer/Editor

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Cinematographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cinematography, editing, and the RED camera system. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage and editing it into compelling visual stories.

Responsibilities:

• Cinematography:
• Operate and maintain RED cameras and other relevant equipment
• Frame shots, adjust lighting, and control camera movement to achieve desired visual effects
• Collaborate with managers to develop a visual style and storyboarding
• Ensure proper exposure, focus, and white balance
• Editing:
• Import, organize, and edit footage using industry-standard editing software.
• Create engaging visual sequences, including cuts, transitions, and special effects
• Color grade and sound mix footage to enhance the overall look and feel
• Collaborate with sound designers and composers to create a cohesive audio experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer/Editor
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera movement
• Proficiency in using RED cameras and other relevant equipment
• Excellent editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Strong knowledge of color grading and sound mixing techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Immediate availability

Compensation:

Up to 30K per month
