Responsible for managing the theatres operations at property level. Evaluating the needs for a theatre operations and suggesting service upgrades to boost income. Reviewing team performance metrics. Collaborating closely with the IT team to address pressing problems and implement novel approaches in line with current business trends. Examining all managers and their reports and on their difficulties with performance customer service and compliance.
