Overseas all theatres and responsible for a mentoring the employees. Should be able to demonstrate achievement such as company improvements cost saving and revenue growth. Take the initiative to work together with other teams to pursue market prospects support company expansion by working with sales and marketing team. Responsible for managing the theatres operations at property level. Evaluating the needs for a theatre operations and suggesting service upgrades to boost income. Reviewing team performance metrics. Collaborating closely with the IT team to address pressing problems and implement novel approaches in line with current business trends. Examining all managers and their reports and on their difficulties with performance customer service and compliance. Monitoring operational effectiveness and suggesting changes to improve productivity. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From 25,000.00 per month Schedule:
