To be part of the pioneer team introducing ams OSRAMs most advanced 200mm Wafer Fabrication start-up site to be constructed in Kulim, Malaysia. Assist in the successful execution implementation of CIM solutions into our new 200mm Wafer Fab. Proactively engage and work with vendor for AMHS related knowledge transfer (KT) and hands on-skills during KT period at AMHS vendor site 1st Level Support of CIM Systems (EI and MES) in daily operation of Wafer Fab and Back End Facility of Osram OS and to ensure the smooth running of the production floor. Troubleshoot and make basic configuration changes for CIM Systems. Installation of Panel PCs Barcode Scanners and programming the scanners. Assign and manage fixed IPs for production floor equipment. Writing basic VBScripts to extract data from the many log files for analysis purposes. Make prompt decisions on resolving issues immediately to ensure smooth running of lots within the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Escalate to 2nd Level for problems unable to be resolved and keep the CIM Knowledge Base up to date with latest solution/resolution information. Assist Engineer on Project documentation and management requirements pertaining to Facilities, Equipment and EHS Provide accurate information and regular progress update as required by management. Innovate towards ensuring good 5S in the shopfloor and ensure system uptime is sustained, and thereby ensure efficient management of spare part management/inventory control, particularly for critical spare parts. Who we are looking for Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic, or its equivalent. Responsible and good judgement in prioritizing issues and task. Required skill(s): VBScript, PLC Programming (Keyence, Siemens Simatic S7, etc), troubleshooting network and basic electrical wiring. Must have attention to detail, highly resourceful and pro-active with a willingness to learn. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with good aptitude in analysis and solution finding. Able to work under minimal supervision. Independent with high degree of motivation and good time management. Able to converse proficiently in both English and Malay languages.
