The candidate joining our group will be expected to participate in high-impact strategic and tactical initiatives with senior leadership visibility. The engagement will focus on the automation and reengineering of manual processes belonging to internal clients in CIB-SSO-Data Solutions Operations as well the contribution to continuous improvement of internal team processes.

You will be presented with opportunities to form relationships with cross-functional stakeholder across the Data Solutions Operations organization and develop a unique skillset comprised of both operational and technical expertise. The role and responsibilities of Process Automation Analyst within the CIB-SSO-Data Solutions Operations - Announcement Capture Utility Team will include the following:

  • Collaborate across multiple LOBs to drive and maintain a book of work
  • Perform reviews of teams and their processes and work with SMEs to develop and deploy reengineering and automation solutions
  • Prepare management reports to drive prioritization of various automation initiatives
  • Develop automation tool skillset and script/promote agile solutions
  • Create meaningful dashboard analytics to track process improvement key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support Operations team with BAU as and when needed
Skillset:

  • Bachelor's Degree (technical/quantitative field preferred)
  • Working knowledge of automation and data analysis tools such as Python, UiPath, Alteryx, and Tableau with practical experience is a must
  • Ability to interface with both Technology and Business Partners to develop project requirements
  • Ability to learn quickly learn new tools and concepts and teach them to internal stakeholders.
  • Skill to think strategically and execute a strategic plan
  • Results oriented - execute tasks and initiatives effectively and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently or work in group setting
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
