JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor (Control and Instrumentation) Key Responsibilities:Ensure critical equipment availability and contribute in maintenance KPI.Involvement in daily maintenance activities like PM, CM breakdown and CFT.Coordination with other departments as and when required.Daily planned jobs need to be completed in the given time period.Ensure all check sheets are in place.Supervise the shift instrument team and associated activities so that they achieve QHSE, Integrity, Assurance, Control of Work compliance standards and Operational goals.Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and leadership to the shift maintenance team.Assist with the planning and scheduling of Instrument equipment and systems shutdown programmes.Assist with shift team planning to ensure adequate coverage of instrument duties, including coverage of emergency duties.Effective implementation of OMR & statutory requirements at site.Proactive drive of various audit program of Client like ISO, VSAP, AO, AI, 5S.Detailed knowledge of Principals asset optimization & VSAP framework and implementing infield thereof.Work Site Activity:Ensure effective equipment maintenance.Ensure SOP and SME before executing the job.Data monitoring and record up keeping.Analytical skill and approach for doing the job.Skilled to use high precision measurement tools.Shall have self-initiative to discuss technical issue and to identify the improvement requirement.Maintaining a high level of focus on health, safety and environment.Ensuring safety within all mechanical activities. Review and use P&ID, Isometric and OEM drawings in day-to-day job activities.Manage the operational integrity of the facilities through maintenance, inspection and engineering management of the instrumentation systems.Develop instrumentation solutions for operational problems and reliability improvement.Participate in daily meetings with planner and maintenance team of client.Ensure timely closure of work orders in SAP system after work completion.Ensure that all work is carried out with good quality, safe work practices and cost effective.Essential Qualification & Skills:Degree holders: Minimum of 08 years experience within the offshore/onshore oil & gas production field, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position.Diploma holders: Minimum of 10 years experience within the offshore/onshore oil & gas production field, with a minimum of 6 years in a supervisory position.Additional Information
