: As a Quality Specialist specializing in Chromatography and Stability, you will be responsible for supporting quality control and assurance activities related to HPLC and GC analyses, as well as stability testing of pharmaceutical products. This position requires a solid understanding of chromatography, stability testing principles, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine chromatographic analyses using HPLC and GC instrumentation to assess the purity, potency, and impurity profile of drug substances and drug products.
- Conduct stability testing studies to evaluate the shelf-life and degradation pathways of pharmaceutical compounds under various storage conditions.
- Execute method validation, method transfer, and method optimization studies for chromatographic assays, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and precision.
- Assist in troubleshooting chromatographic challenges, investigating out-of-specification results, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
- Participate in quality control activities, including the review of batch records,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure timely delivery of analytical results and support product development initiatives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in chromatographic analysis, particularly with HPLC and GC instrumentation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in method development, validation, and troubleshooting for HPLC and GC techniques.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
