Key responsibilities include translating documents, emails, and presentations between Chinese and English, ensuring accuracy and maintaining original content integrity.Your Responsibilities

• Translate documents and communications from Chinese to English and vice versa (Read/Write/Speak proficiency in Chinese required).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for payroll data management and presentations.
• Research industry-specific terminology and adapt materials accordingly.
• Transcribe and translate text and audio recordings accurately while maintaining original meaning and tone.
• Proofread translated texts to correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet translation requirements.
• Maintain original format integrity during content editing and translation.
• Stay updated on new translation tools and practices through networking with industry experts.

Experience and educational qualification

• Bachelor\'s degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience related experience is must.
• Proven experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, with proficiency in at least one additional language.
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with payroll systems will be an additional advantage.
• Effective time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Additional certification in Linguistics is must.
