Chinese Cook
• Preparing hot and cold foods
• Using Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment
• Working quickly without losing accuracy.
• Preparing foods to order to guests specifications
• Following proper food handling guidelines of the health department
• Preparing a wide variety of Chinese menu items, including rice, noodle, soup, vegetable etc
• must experience in cooking of noodles, momos, fried rice, cheese chilli all chinese items.
