Job Summary:
Dasaprakash Restaurants, a leading branded restaurant chain in Delhi NCR and Agra, is expanding its team and looking to hire a Chinese 2nd Commi. This role is integral to our kitchen operations, focusing on preparing and assisting in the cooking of Chinese cuisine dishes. You will work closely with senior chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Cooking and Preparation:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Menu Support:

• Support senior chefs in menu planning and execution of Chinese cuisine offerings.

Ingredient Handling:

• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.

Kitchen Operations:

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards in the kitchen.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Guest Interaction:

• Occasionally interact with guests to accommodate special requests and ensure a positive dining experience.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry, focusing on Chinese cuisine.
• Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and dishes.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
