• Ensures hygiene and cleanliness for all responsible Kitchens to maintain high standard of food safety
• Develops culinary activities and the food programs / menu design for the responsible Kitchens
• Constantly improves quality of food served to ensure guest satisfaction, to meet best offered in the industry
• Ensures maintenance of equipment to avoid accident and costly repairs
• Assists with food preparation as required
• Oversees staff scheduling for the responsible Kitchens to ensure concurrence with business volume, to maximize productivity and profitability
• Responsible for leading & driving Chinese Kitchen operations, including staff and the kitchen facilitates and cost control to ensure the maximum profit
• Motivating and training employees, to establish a strong and energetic team
• Attention and make sure the high food quality of all kitchens
• To maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Summer Palace Kitchen
