Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, including dim sum, stir-fries, noodles, and regional specialties.
- Create and maintain a menu that reflects traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to train and develop skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chinese chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
