Key Responsibilities:
• Culinary Expertise:
• Develop and design innovative Chinese dishes and menu items that align with customer preferences and market trends.

• CDP Management:
• Utilize the Chinese CDP to gather and analyze customer data, including preferences, purchasing behavior, and feedback.

• Data Integration and Analysis:
• Integrate customer feedback and data insights into menu development and culinary practices.
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for menu enhancements and promotional strategies.

• Use data insights to create tailored dining experiences and special promotions based on customer preferences and behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Menu Optimization:

Qualifications:
• Education:

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a chef specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Experience with data management or analytics, preferably within a customer-focused environment.
• Skills:
• Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
