Develop and create new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes. Plan and oversee food preparation, ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly. Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervising cooks and other kitchen workers. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitationguidelines. Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of thekitchen. Collaborate with restaurant management to create menus and specials that meetcustomer preferences and seasonal availability.Requirements: Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, with a focus on Indo-Chinese and Tibetan cuisine. In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. Creative and innovative approach to food preparation and presentation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
