We are seeking an experienced Dosa and Chinese Chef to prepare high-quality dosa and Chinese dishes for our coworking space members and guests. The ideal candidate will have expertise in making traditional dosas and Chinese cuisine, maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare a variety of dosas and Chinese dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and follows food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
• Interact with customers to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements :
• 1-2 years of experience in dosa and Chinese cuisine preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
